Ingredients:
- Dried milk powder 1 cup
- Flour 2 tbsp
- Cream 2 tbsp
- Baking powder 1 1/2 tsp
- Egg 1
- Cardamon powder 1 tsp
- Sugar 1 1/2 cup
- Water 1 cup
- 1 tsp Fresh Pure Desi Ghee
Directions:
- For syrup:Combine sugar with water and boil till it relatively thickens.Add cardamons for flavor.
- Sift flour and baking powder.
- Add dried milk in it.
- Add ghee, egg and cream and cardimon powder.
- Mix well and make a dough.
- knead well for eight minutes.
- Make small one inch balls.
- heat oil on low flame.
- Add balls in it when it is moderately hot on low flame.
- when the balls float on the surface on oil, increase heat a bit.
- Take out when light brown.
- Put them into the syrup immediately.
- Poke each with fork.
